Refresh Your Sense of Call

Take time out from the everyday demands of ministry to refresh you sense of call.  We will listen anew for what God might be calling us to do and be in this new moment.  We will be guided through the Appreciative Inquiry process to get in touch with the elements of our ministries that give us life.

Join Facilitator Rev. Cheryl Anderson

Cheryl lives in Maine with her husband Scott.  Her deep joy and calling is in ministering to clergy in their times of questioning and discernment.  She delights in the learning about another's spiritual growth in the midst of the precious wonders and heart struggles known in the often times rugged soul work of the pastoral calling.

“The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet.” Frederick Buechner

We will begin our listening on the bank of the Saco River in Biddeford, Maine and spend time either taking a contemplative sail aboard the 42' sloop "Mistress" or a hiking the shore trails or just resting in the shade on the shore of Hills Beach or the Saco River.
